Terms & Conditions

At H&K Plumbing, we’re committed to delivering high-quality workmanship with honest, transparent service.

Callout & Payment
Our standard callout fee is £80, plus the cost of any required materials. We accept payment by cash, card, or cheque. Unless agreed otherwise, full payment is due upon completion of the job.

Guarantees & Parts
All work carried out by H&K Plumbing is guaranteed for 12 months. Parts and materials are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If customers supply their own parts, we’re happy to use them provided proof of purchase is available.

Quotes & Additional Work
Quotes are valid for 3 months from the date issued. If any additional work is required, we will always consult with the customer before proceeding.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booking, please let us know as early as possible.

Emergency Services
We do not currently offer emergency 24-hour callouts.

Use of Images
We may request permission to use photos of completed work for marketing purposes. Consent will always be requested before any images are shared.
